Company: The Widget Bot LLC ("Widget Bot"), operating the Gridget platform under Netrork LLC.

Purpose

This page allows individuals to exercise their rights under applicable privacy laws, including access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information processed by The Widget Bot LLC through the Gridget platform.

Eligibility and Scope

Requests may be submitted by:

  • Registered Vendors (Gridget account holders), or
  • End Customers whose images or data were processed through a vendor's QR code or upload link.

For security and privacy reasons, we will only process requests associated with identifiable vendor activity or image upload metadata within our systems.

Verification Process

Before fulfilling any data request, we will verify the requester's identity by:

  • Confirming account ownership (for vendors), or
  • Confirming upload metadata (for customers, via timestamp or unique upload link).

If we cannot verify identity, the request will be denied to protect privacy.

Types of Requests Supported

You may use this form to request:

  • Access to personal data we hold about you
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of personal data (subject to retention requirements)
  • Restriction of processing
  • Export of your data (where applicable)

Processing Time and Response

We respond to verified requests within 30 days of receipt or within the period required by applicable law.

If more time is needed due to request complexity, we will notify you accordingly.
